Florida Divorce Lawyers
Q.What is the best way to file a divorce in florida. I have been seperated for years just never bothered w/ divorc It seems like an easy case. I kind of don't want to fool around with it myself and mess things up. Should I just hire a lawyer? Or is there a cheaper way a lawyer seems like overkill for this? Can anyone give me advice???
A.I'm going through the same thing and the best way to do it is go in 2 the courthouse to the marriage and divorce section and ask questions. Get prices and the different ways to get a divorce none of us know ur situation or what legal ties u have to ur wife as far as house, cars and kids different situations require different paperwork there is also a place called legal aide and they will help u its free but u have to do it urself, which i don't suggest because the paper work can be so worse-some, confusing, and just frustrating trust me if u really want it done there r ways and she never has to be present. but get it done because even though u 2 r not 2gether n gods eyes u r committing adultery which brings bad luck and it kinda puts a hold on ur life having legal ties to someone..... Don't just talk or think about it DO IT Pay a lawyer to draw up the papers so you don't get screwed in the end.
