Florida Divorce Attorney
Q.I need a recommendation for an AGGRESSIVE divorce attorney in Orlando Florida. Or who should I stay away from? I am looking for an aggressive good divorce attorney in the Orlando area. I have two children and dad is not playing nice or fair and I would rather not get nasty, so looking for someone to make up for what I am lacking. I would ask around, but surprisingly have no friends/family whom have divorced or divorced in Orlando. I don't have a lot of money. What are your recommendation? What is your story? Who should I beware of?
A.Since you don't have a referral the best thing is to look at a few lawyer websites and make a decision based upon the information on their website. Many times they will state they are aggressive etc. They may even have referral letters etc. on their websites. I have attached a link to a lawyer search engine. Its a good place to start for now. Take a look at the search, tweak the search if you have too and start reading their information/stories. It may also be a good idea to hire the attorney who solely practices family law. You don't want to get nasty, but you want an aggressive attorney to get nasty on your behalf, AND you don't want to pay a lot of money.
