Florida Criminal Lawyer
Q.I'm having trouble getting my license back and I need a good lawyer for NJ. I currently live out of state. My tickets are 6 years old. I was young and careless at the time. I'm starting off everything fresh but it is hard to get in around in the state of Florida. I paid my warrants off for Plainsboro in order for me to go to court, but now I have outstanding fines I knew nothing about. They also want to throw me in jail for 15 days. I need help, I'm not a criminal. I can't afford to pay so much for a lawyer. I am a single mother Anyone help me???
A.get a public defender. request a payment plan and deadline to make the full amount. probabtion for an agreeable amount of time. i don't know what your state laws are like but i will say this. In california, i had a sentence of 15 days or $1500 fine. because i was $100.00 short the DA pulled me aside and told me that i would only have to serve 1.5 days as only 10 percent of the sentence time was being enforced. i turned myself in on a Friday morning and was let out Saturday early afternoon. aside from the peanut butter and bread, it was not that unbearable. it was a humbling experience to say the least PAID YOUR FINES OFF, AND YOU WANT NEED A LAWYER. SOUND LIKE YOU MIGHT BE BRAGGING ABOUT ALL OF YOUR FINES. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY A MOTHER WOULD HAVE ALL THESE CHARGES AGAINST HER. WHEN YOU ARE A MOTHER YOU NEED TO BE AN ADULT AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CHILD OR CHILDREN
