Find A New Jersey Lawyer
Q.my defense lawyer did not represent me or present the facts about my case to the judge in a way for him to understand what really happened. if he had done this, then that would have shown the prosecutor had no case. Also, he constantly put forth the fraudualent prosecutor case via grand jury statements given by my wife whom I was separated from and about to divorce, for 2 years. Every piece of information used was a lie on top of a lie. I need justice to be served and not to be just another static for the legal system when it comes to prosecuting innocent people due to lack of, or no defensive representation. How can I sue a lawyer in the state of new jersey?
A.I sued a lawyer and won. In Indiana we have what is called the Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission. Find out if you have one.That is where you start.They will guide you through the process and it is about $1.00 to file. The commission will follow up and determine if your complaint is valid. If so it will be noted and the lawyer punished in some way. They DO NOT go after lawyers for recovery on money or other things.If your complaint is valid you must find a lawyer that will sue lawyer. Far more of them than you would think. Start at the commission and see if you can get a valid complaint against him/her. If this isnot the case I would probably drop it. The lawyers are quite expensive andmost do not do that work on commission.
