A.There are lots of opportunities for lawyers. It really depends on what you want to do. Do you want to prosecute criminals or defend criminals? If you want to prosecute, you need to work for the District Attorney, Attorney General or US Dept of Justice. If you want to defend criminals, you can work for the Public Defender's Office or you can work for a criminal defense firm. If you enjoy corporate dealings, you could work for any number of corporations around the country. You could work for any number of law firms that deal in any number of areas of law. Finally, you could open your own law firm and do whatever you want. The best place would be journals for lawyers. Law firms always advertise their vacancies in those specialised mags
