Q.I,m looking for a serened type of lawyer to tell me if a have a case against a judge,and where can i find one? I went to court for back rent I owned to a landlord,I was told to pay the landlord by Dec 1st,and I couldnt do it,So the judge sent me a letter threatening me,telling me he would send out a warrant for me and he would put me in jail if I did not pay. my brother told me that he couldnt do that cause it was not criminal it was a civil suit.So I got a hold of Albany and they told me it was against the law for a judge to send me a letter like that and they got a hold of the judge and told him the same thing.So I'm looking for a lawyer to tell me if I have a case against the jugde.Because when I got the letter it made me very upset it was to weeks from x-mas I had no money and I have to small children,I was scared I was going to go to jail.So I need to find a lawyer who would help me for no money unless I win,I mean if I even have a case
