Q.How do i find out what the name change of a lawyers Law corporation is? a lawyers corporation by the name of Anjozian Professional law corporation in the city of newport beach took up my civil case "car accident" in 1996 a dismissalwas filedin sanbernadino court on feb15, 1998. however i was not in contact with the lawyer now the name of the corporation either has changed its name and moved onthe owner's sold it off how do i find outif there was a signed agreement between the lawyer and the insurance company? will i be able to collect any settlement? what do i do ?

If you cannot get your answer, you can contact the California State Bar and get them to help you find out the answer. As for whether you could still recover anything and, if so, from whom, that depends on a lot of different facts.
