Family Lawyer 2006
Q.Will some good lawyer or wise person give me genuine legal advise. My brother got arrange married in Sep 2006? with the willingness of the girl who was very beautiful. My brother though not so goodlooking was a sincere person. But after marriage, his wife started tantrums over petty things and started asking for her rights to property. She grows mad with rage over small things and abuses my brother and mother.She everytimes complains that my brother is not smart and other good looking boys are after her. She is away from domestic chores and does not care even for her husband. She only want freedom to go out of the house on her own will. Two months back she created a scene and has gone with her parents and has not returned. My brother went to her house but they insulted him . She threatens that she will put false blames and put us behind bars.She belongs to a poor family with 4 sis and one brother.Now we are real tense and want to get rid of her.
A.You don't need a lawyer yet you need common sense. She is pushing for a divorce to cash out....The marriage was arranged, she is not in love and does not wish to be with your brother and want's her share. Let her stay away from the home and live as if they were separated. Let the wife figure out what she wishes to do. If the husband has any money in the house and in the bank. He may wish to file for separation so she can't get more moneh. Dah, What do you expect today with arranged marriages. It is not the old world or the old country. LOOK AT STATISTICS OF DIVORCE OR THE MANLY PRACTICE OF FEMALE ABANDANMENT OR SEE HOW HUSBAND AND WIFE LIVE THEIR MARRIAGE IN OLD COUNTRIES. WHY WOULD YOU THINK IF YOU BRING A WOMEN INTO THIS COUNTRY SHE WILL WANT TO LIVE LIKE WOMEN ARE FORCED TO IN 3RD WORLD OR COMMUNIST COUNTRIES.......
