Q.Looking for a good attorney to represent client on third DWI charge. Client is well established and does not want jail term. Lawyer tht can help ????
A.I'm not familiar with CO law, but in many states with a 3rd DUI conviction the client will be LUCKY to get away with a mere jail term -- not to mention that judges who may have cut the client a break on questionable probable cause on the first offense may lean the other way on a third. You're not likely to find a DUI attorney on the newsgroup. Martindale- Hubble on-line lists about six in Denver. However, your best bet is probably to ask attorneys for their recommendations of a good DUI attorney.
