Q.When you can't take anymore...What do you do then? when your ex threatens to ruin your life if you divorce him, and then he makes sure you are miserable, what do you do? when every penny you ever had has been spent fighting his bogus lawsuits and no one does anything, what do you do? When you make 40K a year and you spend 20K a year on lawyers, and then you are accused of being a bad parent because you can barely make ends when meet when you have a good income. When your parents, who are on a fixed income, remortgage their only asset, their home to help you pay for your legal bills, and he still keeps coming at me and coming at me and coming at me. I am ready to shoot myself. I swear I am. I can't keep doing this. I have nothing anymore. My youngest turns 18 in four years, and I swear I will be dead by then -- if only from the stress. And the funny thing is, he's remarried.
A.I didn't talk to my lawyer today. I try to keep my calls to her to a minimum. She says hello to me and it costs me a $100. I don't know any details about it personally, but my psychiatrist has an in-patient facility lined up for "emergencies" as part of my back-up plan (that I'll hopefully never need to use) that does NOT have locked doors.
