Divorce Lawyers For Men

Q.Having just been divorced, and seeing another post about how to "get" men, I feel it's time to comment on our unfair laws again. For me, paying alimony to my ex, now living with another guy, but, not married so I still have to pay, is just one example. A man with 1 kid and a reasonable income has to easily pay $800 on up, so, this is nothing more really than alimony disguised as child support. And of course the abuse laws. Working in criminal justice, I've seen what can happen. One case I know the guy was arguing with his wife and they both started throwing things, well he threw a shoe and it hit her on the foot. It caused a slight red mark, but a neighboor had called the police because of the yelling. But when the police came, she had a "mark," never mind you had to super squint to even see it, but he was arrested. And, he was arrested on Friday night, so he had to stay in jail till Sunday till he could see a judge and get out on bond. Every domestic argument, no matter how minor, is now foder to blame men, and to place them all in the worst category possible along with Ted Bundy and other psychopaths. And, is it any surprise then when women use these laws to gain the advantage in divorce?, it's just another example of how the cards are stacked against men. I guess though that I should count myself lucky, even after alimony and lawyers my divorce will probably be under $50K. Many guys have it much worse, especially with kids and property , many of them will never escape from the poor house again. What is your opinion???

A.My ex got ANOTHER year of "spousal support" at $800 per month! Never mind that she did not comply with the rules of court, never mind that she failed to provide all the evidence required to substantiate her claims, never mind that we dont have kids, never mind that she has thousands of dollars in Jewelery, never mind that some stocks that were purchased while she was "unable to meet expenses", never mind that NEW 2001 car, or the thousands of dollars in retirement funds, or that her business which is being used as a pry is NEVER likely to be able to support her - or the fact that she could go out in the next few weeks and get a job earning likely double my salary! She just stands there in front of the judge with her black halo crazy-glued on in her new $500+ outfits (a different new one every time we go into court), with her new purse and cell phone, bats her eyes a few times and viola! I get screwed! What the heck ever happened to a divorce being A DIVORCE! To allow this kind of manipulation of the system, and in so doing give her an unprecidented level of power and control over my life while not putting ANY requirements on her to be responsible for her own life is not only morrally reprehensible, it is just plain wrong! Although this woman is not legally defined as a child, she is behaving as one - and the courts seem to feel so to! Otherwise why whould they "protect" her! I always expected adults to take responsibility for their own lives. But I can scarcely believe that the courts openly treat and promote the treatment of women in such a way as to make it appear that they are children who do not have to take even a modicum of responsibility for themselves!
