Divorce Attorney Lawyer

Q.My father died a year ago. He left everything to my younger sister with the agreement that she would then split the money with me and my older sister, giving us 20% each and keeping the rest for herself. My dad did this because my older sister and I were just coming out of divorces etc. and he wasnt a fan of our ex's. He didnt want them having any claim on any of the money. So... my younger sister honored my dads wishes, giving us our share, and because she lived with me, giving me even more than my fair share. She was quite generous stating that she wanted me to get back on my feet, post divorce etc... At one point during this whole thing she transfered control over to me making me executor of the will because she was in college and finding it too hard to get all the estate things done. So.... this is the only money that actually was in my control. I was to cash a check from death benefit from a pension and transfer some into trust for her. I did do this as I was supposed to. The rest of the money was left in my own bank account, she was fully aware of this and the amount. Again, at the money was in her name and then she made bank drafts or money orders out to me and to my sister. At no time was any of that ever refered to as loans or anything like that, it was simply our share of the money and then for me I guess compensation for her living with me. anyone can give me some advice???

A.Where exactly is that "agreement" ? So did you hide any marital assets from the Divorce court? So she really didn't honor your father's wishes, did she? What is "the only money" in your control? Your share? The entire estate? Are you drunk, or confused, or stupid? If the $$ was in YOUR bank account, how could it be "in her name" ? How would she make drafts and orders from YOUR account? Why would an inheritance be "a loan" or "anything like that" ? From what you've posted, you're obviously too stupid to simply divide an estate into 3 parts per the instruction of the will, so you most certainly need an attorney to handle this before you screw it up any further. So pull your head out of your ass and hire a local estate attorney ... Today
