Colorado Dui Lawyer
Q.I have a friend who was arrested for DUI and demanded a blood test (In Florida). This was considered a refusal. It would be his second refusal which is now considered a misdemeanor. The thing is a blood test is superior to a breath test, and he requested the blood test repeatedly becasue he was in a very poor county and was worried about the maintenance of the Breathlyzer and wanted the good reliable (blood) test. Any advice???
A.Are you sure it is in Florida? In many States the implied consent law allows the accused to always default to and demand a blood (most accurate) tests when being arrested for DUI.
