Car Accident Attorney Kentucky
Q.I am so tired of all of this, I don't know if I can type a coherent note, but here goes. These are the facts w/o the nightmare details which I'm sure you can all fill in without my help: I was diagnosed w/ FM 1997 after being VERY sick for a year. I got much better with lots of help. I have been at the top of game for over a year (the best my health has been in five years). I got in a car accident five weeks ago and now I'm back in the dumps. This has set me a year behind in my doctoral program and has brought all kinds of unmentionable havoc in my life. The insurance company representing the trucking company that is at fault for the accident doesn't even want to take full responsibility for my car. Do you think I stand a chance taking them to court? People still don't believe FM is even real. My life has gotten **unbelievably** screwed up because of this relapse. And now I'm plain mad about it. I'm wondering if I'll just make a bigger mess of things filing a lawsuit...Any thoughts?
A.Although I have different circumstances, I would say if the accident was their fault and you are in a bad way then turn it over to an attorney and go for it. I have been in litigation over an accident sinc 93' as everyone on this NG knows and has heard about over and over. It looks like an offer is coming my way within the next 2 months and I just figure I will never recover what I have lost, but something is better than nothing. I called the Fibromyalgia Network 1 800 852 2929 and got a list of attorneys in my area that were sympathetic to FMS. I found a good one, and just said "lets go for it"....If you are really serious, you can't stop halfway through and just give up, but keep going and it will turn out ok. I know you get tired and discouraged, but if you don't fight for you no one else will.
