California Immigration Attorney
Q.I have a quick simple question, does anyone have a referral for an immigration attorney in the East Bay California, Conord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill areas. I am not currently happy with my present lawyer and wonder if anyone here has had good experiences with an attorney in this part of the Bay Area
A.Note you've given us no indication why you need an immigration attorney so I'd hard to be specific (except for location). I did do a Lawyer referral service BUT I would be much happier getting a personally referred attorney. The reason I need an attorney is cause I am doing an AOS and I have an overstay which I would feel happier having an attorney involved. I currently have an attorney which I am not very confident with, very much an attorney who is "don't worry about it". My wife is US born citizen, we are living together for the last 4 years and I probably will have no problems BUT I do know from reading here and other sources that errors in filing can cause huge problems and sometimes can cause deportations. Personal experience is much more what I need rather than a referral from an annonymous referral agency.
