California Family Lawyer

Q.I am an Israeli lawyer working in my own office in Tel Aviv. I am looking for California experience family lawyer to handle a very promising case against an LA situated Millionaire. In a case recently completed in the District Court in Tel Aviv The Plaintiff GM was declared as the father of an 6 years old sun. An monthly alimony of app $1000. Was imposed on him since 1990 which is now total to app $80,000. A lawyer expenses of about $6500. Dollars was also imposed. According to local law, the wealth of the father is not such an important factor when the court decide on the alimony amount. We believe that a much higher figure can be achieved in Cal. There for we are looking for an experience lawyer who is interesting in taking the case on a pure percentage basis.

A.Aside from the host of other despicable ethical and moral issues raised by your post, it is illegal for a family law attorney in California to take a family law matter on contingency. Tell your client to be happy she has her child, and, by the looks of the distance factor, has managed to ensure that child will be raised fatherless. She'd be well advised to start thinking about the example she is (not) setting for this child, and to leave her bloodsucking ways and counsel behind. Perhaps we just extradite this scum and put him in jail? He's bad for world-peace
