A.If allstate paid for your lawyer, the lawyer's only supposed to get a percentage of that payment. NOT ALL OF IT. You need to contact that lawyer and if still no responses from him, turn him into the bar association. You should also check with a lawyer that specializes in what you've been through where he can make sure the person responsible for causing your injuries will pay or his insurance will pay YOU....not that lawyer. That lawyer sounds like he screwed you over big time. But like i said, he's only allowed a certain percentage of any thing that Allstate gives for the wreck. Check your papers you signed with the lawyer to see what that percentage is. You may even have to end up taking HIM to court for not giving you what's rightfully yours.
