Auto accident claim

Q.Injured in an auto accident in state of Wyoming, but I reside in Utah. Do I need to get a Utah or Wyoming attorney? I was not the driver, a passenger. Also, I was on the job at the time. Employer didn't file Workers' Comp claim in alotted time, when I filed, the time to file had expired. Thier is injury and time-loss involved. Any help in this situation would be appriciated,
