Real Estate & Power of Attorney between 2 states

Q.Real Estate & Power of Attorney between 2 states A friend of mine who lives in Alabama, owns property in Nevada. He wants to give me Power of Attorney to rent/sell/lease/remodel/ (etc) (have unlimited access to that property only). Would he need a Limited Power of Attorney State specific form from Alabama Or Nevada? Thank you very much.

A.I would suggest a Nevada one since that is where the property is located. You can obtain forms from findforms.com or Nevada Legal Forms in Las Vegas.
